Entering service in the 1970s, they’re used to haul ballast, sand, gravel and ore. Fully assembled and ready for service, each features separate, factory-applied door and brake details, a heavy die-cast metal underframe, correct 36″ turned metal wheelsets and Proto MAX(TM) metal knuckle couplers.
